Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mrslant.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by JJJ & Lee Inc., a California corporation, doing business as "MR.SLANT." By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen — a listing may have an incorrect price, description, or image, or an item may sell out before your order is processed. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and issue a refund for any order affected by an error, at any time, even after an order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
4. Made-to-order & fulfillment partners
Many items are produced by third-party print and fulfillment partners only after you place an order. Minor variations in color, print placement, or material between what's pictured and the finished product can occur and are not considered defects. 5. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, typography, product photography, the MR.SLANT name, and other content on this Site are owned by or licensed to JJJ & Lee Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. Designs draw on publicly available historical source material and are original works of MR.SLANT — see our Legal & Privacy page for more on how source material is used.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security, or to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission.
7. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe; shipping rates and labels are generated through EasyPost and national carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.); order production may be handled by third-party print partners. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services we rely on to fulfill your order.
8. Shipping & risk of loss
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MR.SLANT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MR.SLANT harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. Please contact us first at support@mrslant.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
13. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.
