This section explains what information MR.SLANT collects when you use mrslant.com and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping and billing address, and payment details, collected when you check out. Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; MR.SLANT does not receive or store your full card number.
• Contact information — your email address if you subscribe to updates.
• Usage information — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Site working and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, calculate shipping and tax, communicate with you about your order, respond to support requests, and — only if you've opted in — send updates about new drops. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

To run the shop, order and shipping information is shared with the services that fulfill it: Stripe (payments and tax calculation), EasyPost and shipping carriers (rates and delivery), and our print/production partners (to produce and ship your order). Each of these providers processes your data under their own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies required for core functionality like keeping items in your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@mrslant.com.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Intellectual property & source material

MR.SLANT designs are original works — illustration and typography created by MR.SLANT, informed by publicly available historical source material (period film, newsreels, and documented artifacts from Korea between 1945–1999). MR.SLANT is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any government body, media company, or brand depicted or referenced by the historical events, products, or places that inspired a design, unless explicitly stated on that product's page. Any resemblance to a specific historical brand or advertisement is for nostalgic and artistic commentary.

The MR.SLANT name and logo are trademarks of JJJ & Lee Inc. All site content is protected by copyright — see our Terms of Service for usage restrictions.
